Affordable Funerals is the “parent” company of existing Picture Engine customer Funerals with Heart and Soul in Todmorden. After we completed a new website for the Todmorden company, Affordable Funerals asked us to take a look at their existing website and email setup, which had confusing admin and difficult to get amended when needed.
Website Rescue
Affordable Funerals were happy overall with their existing site, they simply wanted simplified hosting and email invoicing and a faster response when asking for site amendments to be made. Picture Engine therefore transferred the site to our hosting and did some work “under the bonnet” – updating out of date software and themes, adding a security certificate, setting up SEO and submitting the revised site to search engines and moving the email provision to a more stable and easier to manage platform. We also took out a couple of redundant sections and added a new page for grief counselling.
