Project Description
Health & Safety Solutions (NW) Ltd is a training company based in Bury, specialising in face-to-face and online health and safety training. Their original website had been shut down by agreement with a previous hosting provider, and they asked Picture Engine to come up with a simple but effective new one. The brief was to keep it easy to navigate, clean and professional looking.
First steps
This business wanted to make customers aware of their training courses and especially the online courses. They had found that as training budgets shrink, more and more customers were showing an interest in taking courses online in their own time. They therefore asked us to design an e-commerce site and train them in how to add courses to it themselvse as time went on.
Coronavirus response
As the coronavirus crisis hit in March 2020, many businesses realised that they would have to drastically change their day-to-day operating practices. Health and Safety Solutions were able to recognise this early, and asked us to set up a new Hygiene and PPE section on their website. This allowed them to sell items such as antibacterial gel dispensers, leveraging their large database of health and safety training and management contacts.
Thank you to Andrew for a fantastic web design. Andrew has the ability to work with us and understand our needs which is remarkable and very professional. With attention to detail, his response to our questions and suggestions and ability to produce both the Early Years Hub and Health & Safety Solutions website to our satisfaction with a quick turn-a-round has been valuable. Andrew is approachable and has made things simple for us to understand without over complicating matters. Changes we have asked for have been done swiftly and allowed our business to progress.
